The Hornos Industriales Pujol factory of 5,000 square meters was established in 1911 and managed by the fourth generation of the Pujol family, located in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Catalonia, Spain. Its activities focus on manufacturing ovens and machinery, mainly used in glass, ceramics, metallurgy and chemical industries. In the past 20 years, it has become an international expert in the production of EVA glass laminated ovens.

Hornos Industriales Pujol is the only manufacturer in the world that has developed an oven that can laminate PVB without a climate chamber or autoclave, while providing a short curing cycle for construction EVA. This means that the cost of machinery and unit production costs have been reduced by 40%.

Continuously develop heat treatment technology for any application; build a leading position in technology.

Constantly innovate, improve and optimize.

Passion, responsibility, commitment, and the ability to adapt to a changing world and transformation are our main hallmarks.

LAM-PRO is an oven designed for laminated glass with high performance and low cost.

HST-L is an oven designed by Hornos Pujol for glass lamination and hot dip testing.

The hot dip test involves accelerated aging of the glass, which indicates the presence of nickel sulfide in its composition. It is the only process in the world certified to comply with the European standard EN 14179-1 09/2005.

These allow hot air to circulate during the hot dip test and can be used when processing different glass formats. It is made of high temperature resistant materials to ensure the durability of the product.

Compared with heat-treated glass, glass treated with Hornos Pujol's chemical tempering system has significant advantages:

A complete high-production line for the automation of EVA and/or PVB laminated glass production. This reduces the production cost and improves the quality of the laminated glass through the automatic alignment of the glass, without the need for the operator to tape or effort. By automating this process, fewer additional machines are needed and costs are directly reduced.

This type of factory is fully adapted to the needs of customers. The factory design can be adjusted according to the factory layout to fit the space.

This increases the output of laminated glass and saves costs.

This is a production line with manual movement and automatic adjustment. As the alignment accuracy of the two or three pieces of glass to be assembled is higher, the quality of laminated glass is improved.

The semi-automatic production line is designed to help operators achieve accurate centering of the glass layers, thereby speeding up and facilitating this process.

The semi-automatic production line consists of the following elements:

This is a manual production line that makes it easier to place glass plates and film cutting to achieve perfect assembly.

It is manually adjustable, which means that the operator needs some intervention, although it facilitates the EVA lamination process. This means greater cost savings and improved quality of finished products.

The plant was designed by the Hornos Pujol engineering team and fully adapted to the needs of glass processors. The factory design can be adjusted according to the factory layout to fit the space.

This room is quickly becoming a necessity for professional glass processors. Its characteristics ensure hygienic conditions, thereby maximizing the quality of the final laminated composite material. A white room can ensure that the glass will not be exposed to dust after leaving the washing machine, thereby minimizing the risk of inclusions.

This customized structure takes into account the characteristics of the manufacturing area and the placement of its machines. This optimizes available space and investment.

Other advantages of our washing machine:

Glass EVA assembly kit includes:

Electric 1P or 3P EVA stand/support roller with electric disc cutter.

Electric EVA cutting machine makes it easy for laminating workers to cut.

Vacuum system with silicone seal

Silicone bag that can withstand laminating temperature. Its main function is to fix the glass plate during the lamination process; it has an Omega (Ω)-shaped silicone seal to ensure fast, simple and effective sealing of the vacuum bag.

The Teflon blanket with regular patterns allows air to flow freely outside the vacuum bag. The non-stick nature of Teflon means that any EVA leakage during the lamination process will be very easy to clean.
